Our cellar
A few steps from the farmhouse is the farm and an old and late 20th century winery where we have a small production of wines from the Langhe area. Already our grandparents in this cellar produced wine that was then sold in the barrels. Thanks to their experience and the studies of Mr. Franco at the wine school, today we have managed to combine the wine tradition with the most recent developments in the sector. Our vineyards are located within the prestigious Barolo Vally.

Fossati Barolo DOCG
Bright ruby red wine that releases aromas of dark fruit, aromatic herbs and licorice.
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
Ruby red wine with a delicate bouquet of cherries, flowers and spices.
